I work 6p-6a as well. I have returned to coffee and non-carbonated Monster for caffeine, but have noticed that McD's unsweetened iced tea will help as well. I keep my lunch box full of high protein snacks (beef jerky, Quest bars, hard-boiled eggs, string cheese) and make sure meals have good protein, too. I will use celery with cream cheese for a "side dish" sometimes for crunch. I noticed my weight loss has slowed some since returning to work, but because I work at least one day shift each week, I think my body is still adjusting. 45 pounds in three months is not amazing weight loss, but is way better than anything pre-sleeve.
