I had a dream that i a big long island ice tea, after speaking to my brother the night before who was at a bar celebrity his 40th bday. When i called him the next day he laughed soooo hard. LOL

Thank God no one was injured. Noooo depression don't live here no more. I have read everyone's weight stalls around week 2 or 3 or later, its the body adjusting. Ho much are u down so far? Good luck, u got this.

It sound normal. U were eating on day 3 wow. Im on day 8 & still on liquids, was told to start pureed food next friday. I would welcome a teaspoon of something, anything lol.

When u get ready to eat unhealthy take a look at ur before pic, dont go back there u can do this. I am a emotional eater also, take 1 day for a pitty party cry & suck it up. U got this.

Im 8 days out & decided to be nice to hubby & cook wrong move. I ate a few finger scoops of mash potatoes with corn stuck to it. It went down well, but i had to put the left overs in the ice box fast because i kept coming back.

Wow im still on shakes, cant wait til friday to start puree food. Are u on a regular diet yet? What seems to be the problem?

Come on get back on track, u have come to far to go back. Im only 9 days out & still on protein shakes. Try getting your protein by drinking a shakes for breakfast, think of the beginning when u started. Im cheering for you, you can do this.

How did you no you were dehydrated? What are the symptoms? I pray u are feeling better.

Stones omg nooooo, how long ago did u have the surgery? Are u taking the anti gallstone medication?

Thats all u should be drinking at a time. I take 15 mins to drink 2 oz, any more hurts. Try thatm

The frist 2 days I only got in 12 oz of protein & 4oz of water. I am now drinking 2 12oz cans of protein shakes. Try sipping 1 oz every 10 minutes. It gets better, welcome to the losers bench.

I had surgery march 27. It went really well no pain except for a lil left shoulder pain from gas, but that it. I never took any pain meds. I was up walking around the recovery room 45 mins after surgery. It went so well I was sent home the next day. I've been able to lay on both my sides from day 1 & on my stomach by day 3. I haven't had any problems drinking the protein shakes or drinking water. Not getting in enough water yet on 20 oz & 2 12 oz shakes a day. I get out walking at least 30 aday since day 4. Im down 12 pounds since surgery, 1 werk & a day ago. I start pureed foods next Friday and welcome any suggestions.

I also only stayef in the hospital 1 night. Are u sipping? I first time I drank I took to big of a sip/gulp & it didn't real hurt it just felt like something was sitting on my chest. I sip now LOL. I haven't had any pain except in my left shoulder from gas. I been sleeping on my sides the night of surgery. Welcome to the losers bench...u got this.
