Thank you. My surgeon works at that hospital, so he did come to see him & advise the ER docs.

O had surgery 3/27/14, for the pass 6 days my stomach been hurting, feels like major menstrual cramps but worse. The Tylenol with codeine is not helping.

Hey ladies, just got back from the ER, my stomach has been hurting for the past 6 days. It feels like the worst menstrual cramps ever. After the swallow test, xrays, sonogram, bllod work & urine test, it was determined I have a urinary tract infection. I was given 2 options, 1: stay overnight and run more test, 2: go back on liquids and see him Tuesday. Im choose option 2, if im not feeling better I will be admitted to the hospital fir more testing. He thinks I might have been eating to soon & upset my new tummy.

I just got home, they did the swallow test & said everything looked ok. There goes my Mother's Day, no out to dinner :--( Im just praying i'm better by 5/21 it's my bday woohoo & I would like some soft food (seafood) steamed shrimp & a crableg lol (fatgirl talking) Thank you everyone

Good luck... did ur doc tell u to wait til after 18 months of the surgery begore you try to get pregnant? It could hurt the baby. Wishing you the best in everything.

Everyone is doing awesome, kudos & woohoo to everyone. Im almost 6 weeks out and getting frustrated, im down a total of 26 pounds since I some how gain 2 pounds this week. I had a 2 week stall also & since then ive been up a pound, down a pound, yes I weight my self everyday ir every other. After the surgery I used to have a ton of energy, now I barely want to get out of bed (im not working). For some reason this week im always hungry even with getting in 65 grams of protein. Im going to my first support group since the surgery tomorrow, I will speak with the NUT. I can eat more than 5 bites ughhhh. So far everything goes down well unless i over eat & thats not a good feeling. I really dont no my limit yet until its to late, i think i might need to slow down when i eat. I eat between 400-800 calories aday, I try to focus on 60 grams of protein.

Glad to know I'm not alone...

I thought it was just me. I used to be very HOT for years, if I touched someone they would le like omg do u have a fever. Now im cold alllllll the time. I'm not on vitamins yet, it might be anemia.

GM, I start soft food Friday, any suggestions? I struggle with Breakfast since I dont eat bananas, eggs (only boiled), oatmeal, grits, no hot Cereal. :-( I also need some lunch & dinner suggestions. Thanks inadvance.

I stoped for 15 days, then 10 days & I gave up 2 days before the surgery. I wasn't given a nicotine test & the sad part is I haven't stopped since I got home 3 weeks ago. I only stayed in the hosp over night. I do plan on stoppingvfor good, I wantv to be healthy & smelling freashvat my healthy goal weigh. Right now its my comfort zone. I noooo I need to find another comfort.

Thats awesome woohoo u go girl. How many grams of protein do u consume aday? How many calories do u eat aday. How many oz can u eat at a time.

I'm 5' 1 started at 219, 208 day of surgery. I had sleep apnea, very high cholesterol, borderline diabetes & could barely walk a block without severe low back pain. I had 2 back surgeries in 2014 that made things worse. My goal is to lose 70-80 pounds. I will be 42 next month & I gave birth to 1 child who will be 21 in Aug. 21 years ago is when all the weigh gain started lol, I gained 70 pounds with my pregnancy.

Im 5' 1 & weighed 208 day of surgery. I lost 13 pounds after surgery & been going up & down, as of this morning im 194.3. Its a bit frustrating. I can eat anything so far without any problems, not that im supposed to lol. I start soft food friday. I just want to chew something. I dont feel fun when I eat unless I eat to much. I can eat 4 oz & dont feel satisfied.

I am 3 weeks out & woke up with a canker sore. OMG this is so not cute & where did it come from ? Ughhhhh
