ROFL, You took the words right out of my mouth. I start week 4 tonight and am really nervous about it, but reminded myself that I was worried about week 3 also and did fine on it. I'm running on M-W-F and I like to have the two days from my last day of one week before I move up to the next harder one. I'm really enjoying it though.
I'm giong to run two 5Ks in May. I hope to get some training on the ground before then. Are you running on a treadmill or the ground?
