I am just over a month post op. I have been on the treadmill just about since I got home from the hospital. I started slow but now I'm up to 3 miles a day. Throwing in some sprinting to up my game.
I'm almost 3 weeks post op and I hated the broths. I realized in the 1st week I could strain minestrone, veggie soups, egg drop etc... And it's totally gotten me through!
1 week post op and the broth thing is getting to me! I keep looking for something with a good taste/ flavor and keep finding the same awful stuff! Any suggestions??
