Cherry diva

Greetings, I'm a 1 week post op gastric sleeve patient. Currently I'm experiencing a gas bubble in the upper portion of my chest I'd say right beneath the rib cage. This occurs mostly after eating broth, protein shake although the warmer the item the lesser the gas pain. On occasion I get nauseous as if a need to vomit but nothing comes up only a watery substance. I've had one productive bowel movement since surgery however I think there is a blockage of some sort in my intest...
