I wanted Lapband Persons to know the procedure is okay, just becareful of how you lay after the surgery. I was previously a stomach sleeper. Keep Pillows to keep you in place. Now I'm sleeping on side. Inform Husbands and Wives about foods not being really needed during first 28 Days or so..... Less confusion about - "What's for Dinner?" catagory. Started January at 311 -Loss 36 pounds before surgery looking forward to being "Healthy and Thin". Getting stronger.:whoo:
