My particular insurance plan, Blue Options from BCBS of Florida would not cover any expenses at all. Both my primary and cardiologist were in favor of the surgery and have said it was medically necessary. I guess it just depends on the plan.

I was banded on 11/22/13. I have been truly trying and am in the "mushy" stage. I don't feel like I am making any progress though. My diet and lifestyle both have changed dramatically. Any words of encouragement. Should I go back on the liquids only for a while?
