I went to Tijuana Mexico through A Lighter Me. Dr. Elias Ortiz. My surgery was 4/5/13. I took my boyfriend with me. I would recommend A Lighter Me. I had a great experience. Was picked up right at the airport and never left anywhere unsafe alone. They are familiar w/the area and know exactly where to go. Nice hotel and hospital. Never felt scared or unsafe.
