I'm exactly 1 month post op and have lost 23 lbs. I'm disappointed too - but I'm HORRIBLE at getting my vitamins in. I think that might make a big difference. and I've only just started an exercise routine. I started my journey at 298. I'm now 275 and only down from a size 22 to a 20. (I'm 5'8 ). I know slow and steady wins the race and I'm hoping being more diligent with the vitamins will make a noticeable difference.
