Was trying to figure out how to get my vitamins in. I already have absorption issues preop. I looked at the Naked Green Machine. Too much sugar. I hate straight tomato juice. Any recommendations?

Sprint distance. I did my first to lose weight. I said I wasn't going to hit 40 fat. Well, 9 months of training with a trainer, eating 1500-1800 calories and I gained 10 lbs. that's when I decided to start looking at WLS.

I am definitely carb sensitive. Actually gluten intolerant. When I tell people that carbs are evil, they laugh at me.

Thanks all! I have hit the tipping point where exercise was becoming hard due to my weight. If I can get 40 off, then I think that I can get back to doing sprint triathlons and get the other 50 off. Just hope my thyroid cooperates.

It helped me stay at 40.0 and my insurance just approved. It is unbelievable that you can work so hard to try and lose or gain weight and your body won't let you! -

I am sleeving 12/23. I haven't told my parents who are 1300 miles away for the very reasons that the group has listed. I also haven't told my children 15 and 21 so they won't worry. Feeling a little guilty. Anyone else not telling immediate family. P.S. My husband knows and is 100% supportive even though he says I don't need surgery. -
