Good luck. I had surgery December 3rd and like you prior to this surgery I had never had surgery. Stay calm and do plenty of walking!

I have not tried any diet drinks, I am only drinking water n crystal light. But I can tell you I had coffee with the artificial sugar and it made me nausea as well. -

Don't be nervous, I had my surgery December 3rd and feeling pretty good hardly any pain. Honestly I when I had my son it was worst, child birth is worst n you have done it twice. This should be a piece of cake, of course follow instructions and walk often. Good luck -

Tomorrow is the big day my surgery and I am getting super nervous but excited, not knowing the unknown is what scares me, a bit worry about the after pain and recovery process. Good luck to all I the process of getting surgery.

So I had surgery 5 days ago and I feeling pretty good, sleeping in my bed n hardly any pain. The 1st few days was hard because of the gas pain. But other then that I am doing pretty good. Having a hard time with the shakes not crazy about them.

Ok I was feeling the same way when I got home, I had surgery 5 days ago.

The day has come, on my way to the hospital! Mix emotions not sure whether to cry or laugh very nervous and excited.

Congrats, can I say the pre op diet was a bit difficult but made it, 11 pounds down before surgery. I had surgery 5 days ago and feeling pretty good but for some strange reason I can't keep the shakes down.

Had surgery yesterday, feeling weak but the most uncomfortable aspect about the surgery is not passing gas!

My surgery is 12/3 n I excited but nervous as well -

My surgery date is December 3rd an I having such a hard time with the pre-op diet. I get extremely hungry! Any suggestion?
