I have the Fitbit Force and love it! I do think I will buy the scale tomorrow before my surgery Tuesday! I also agree that MFP app is huge for keeping me on track. -

I am at my dr now and just asked that question about the elliptical. He said after a week is fine if no complications. However, check with your doctor. -

I am 9 days and starving! I did chew up a piece of brisket and spit it out for flavor. That said, I just keep thinking how great life will be! I want to learn to surf and every time I want to whine, I check out boards or videos. -

December 2013 Sleevers This Is Our Month Are Yall Ready!?

So I accomplished the impossible, I started my liquid diet on a 4 day cruise! There were several challenges but the fact that there is always veggies available (my dr allows) probably made it easier than doing at home. I stopped and grabbed shakes to go with me. I think the motivation came from wanting to do several things that I "exceeded" the weight limit for. Wow! I can not believe surgery is 1 week away!!!! -
I just became one of you guys! Surgery was moved from Jan 8 to Dec 31st. No time for a final binge, had to start the liquid diet immediately. The drs office was worried about a liquid diet over Christmas but it seems to me to be a tiny sacrifice in all of this. I can not wait!

That's incredible! I would love to know what you did post op. I am scheduled for January 8th but my biggest fear is that I will do something wrong. I am somewhat picky but fine with eating the same thing over and over. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
