I have to force myself to keep going. I only want water but the jello abd popsicle help. I get in some protein as much as possible. I am still weak also but each day there is improvement. I am sure you will get there.

I am just trying to get my fluids in. It is hard because I don't want to drink anything. I just sip all day and eat jello, pudding, protein drinks. I am so happy I did it. I wish you all the luck. I am a week out from WLS.

I am using Dr. SCARBOROUGH at TLC Surgery. My surgery is scheduled for 2/12 and I am having revision from band to sleeve. He is quiet but very informative and his staff is wonderful. -
I am so excited for you! I also see Dr Scarborough. I just received my approval! I am on the books for February! !!!! I can't wait! I hope you are doing great. How was the surgery?
