Im still sitting on the floor haven't been able to get back up. I reread post, guide book, sit and think about it and still no luck, I stil cant get back on the horse. I have an appt the 27th with my nut and I have gained four lbs, I need to lose them b4 I go c her. every morning and night I keep saying im starting over again, no more junk food, fast food, soda, but it don't happen idk why. I need some willpower some pushing, any help, tips, advice. thanks

sat had a 16 oz diet coke, im doing good, though I wouldn't drink any but it knocked me down lol.

omg I forget it was a 12 count and I bought four. omg that 48 cans what if I don't like them. I just realized today when I was rechecking my order, and its only for the Cookies and cream kind.

Update: Opened the last can at 9:40am 12:02pm still sipping on the soda Ima save the can and put the date on it. At 12:53 finished my soda oh my what know. Update 10:42pm oh man i did bad, I have had three mountain dew, did I messed up I said no pepsi or coke LOL. will try harder tomorrow Thursday: 2;52pm reg pepsi Friday: 9:10am NO soda Friday: 5:22pm still now soda, but im very angry

8:12am I want a soda so bad, but having my shake,

went to see my dr. she wrote to my psych about the letter she said that for me not to worry that it will be approved. and she took me off the pain meds so that, since I been getting shots at the pain clinic and taking meds, she said to stop them and see how I do so im off 16 pain pills. she wants me to start taking the Vitamins before surgery so that will be 12 added. and my reg pills which are 13 pills. so going to b taking 25 pills not 41. I gained 4 pounds

2:25pm just got home since 8:30am. and gave in and open a reg pepsi, gross but I needed something and my nephew had pepsi. lol bad girl. oh yea and had junk food, im very bad, but that's it, day is over not more soda or junk. katiejo4, thanks

I cant take them all in one day, also going to the nut office and ask if I can weigh in. and make a appt to see my nut even thou she said I didn't have to anymore bc she and the psych cleared me. but I feel better seeing them. ok tlk later.

I also was drinking two two litter of diet coke a day then I went to cans and then to diet pepsi. I don't have any right now and I want some. I took v8 to drink.

im going to try and go weigh in tomorrow and ask if I can speak to Mr.Darling the Bariatric coordinator and make an appt with my nut even though she said I don't have to see her or my psych anymore I feel better if I can continue seeing them. And I see my Dr. on the 6th and I will show her the letter maybe she needs to add more information, whatever they need. thanks ull
