Does anyone know if its ok to take Motrin? Im 4 months out and I have muscle pain from working out and wanted to take Motrin. I remember prior to surgery it was a no no but how about now?

I'm 3 MOS out and have hit a stall too. My nurse said maybe I'm eating too many carbs. How in the world do u eat 20-25 carbs? My Protein shake has 10! I could use some suggestions for protein and low carbs it's so overwhelming! -
I am about three months post op and I am loosing MAJOR amounts of hair daily! I'm getting 70-75 of protein on average, taking hair skin and nail vitamins on top of my other vitamins! I am so scared I'm going to be bald if this continues. Any suggestions other than what I'm already doing? Thanks!

Yes there's biotin in the hair nail and skin supplement I'm taking, I too have a lot of hair thank God! I couldn't imagine if it was thin to begin with. :/

Thanks everyone I'm trying to stay positive, hopefully I'm not bald by the time it stops. I'm not concerned about my looks it's just so scary to see your hair falling out by the fistful.
