I'm not sure if you are still looking for ideas, but I've had good luck with the P3 Protein packs. They are found in the refrigerated section by the Lunchables. They are small, bite sized pieces and easy to digest. I have those and the Ham and Cheddar with Crackers Lunchables in a drawer in my fridge so I can just grab them quickly. The sodium can be high in some, but they are high in protein and quick, and they taste good. I also have turkey sticks made by Jennie-O in the same drawer. They are shaped like cheese sticks, but only have 25 calories and 5 g protein.
