Please advice needed surgery and adoption. ..
Kaysp replied to msjoy83's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I would get thru the adoption, as has been said there could b some minor comps & that may make it hard to give the baby the attention he/she needs & you will want to give! Congrats! -
Great, it helps when we can eat something we like And something our sleeve likes also. Good luck on your journey!

I started trying to eat salad at 6 wks per drs program & didn't have any problems. I love sautéed zucchini & summer yellow squash with fresh mushrooms & my sleeve likes them too! But....always follow your plan. Good luck!

Ther r available at Meijers, Walmart just to name a couple stores & they r soooo good! Hope that helps! -

Stalled..So frustrating
Kaysp replied to fortmac1982's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was sleeved on Dec 16th & stalled between week 1 & 2, then I have been on a 3 wk stall between week 2 & 1/2 & wks 5. & 1/2. Just stayed on program & dropped 3-4 lbs today. I will say that during all this time I was losing major inches & dropping clothes sizes!! Hang in there, I'm glad I did. -

4 weeks out & I've hit the dreaded stalls!
Kaysp posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was sleeved on Dec 16, & have hit 2 stalls. The first one was between week 1 & 2, then I lost about 5 pounds by 2 1/2 wks. Now I'm at 4 1/2 wks & haven't dropped anything.bive gone down 2 jean sizes but can't get the scale to move. I'm staying on plan, getting my liquids in & close on the protein. I'm feeling a little defeated because the scale won't move & I don't know why. I'm not getting all the exercise I should because we have about 4 ft of snow but do get on the tread climber for short periods. HELP!!!!!
