    Lost my way

Ive completely fell off the diet wagon, I'm ashamed as I'm only 3 months post op. my father died in december an I've turned to food for comfort, although i cant eat a lot I'm back to eating "bad foods" again an i cant get myself back on track.

  8. Is it safe for me to have protein shakes/slimfast shskes every morning for breakfast? I read that too much liquid can cause slippage?
  9. I had my surgery 14th october 2013 and started with 4ml in my band, i had my first fill 3 weeks ago so i now have 5ml in my band, since my fill i sometimes get the feeling that food is stuck in my chest an after 30secs or so it goes away. It is only certain foods such as meat an bread.. Im scared food will cause a blockage, is this possible??

My surgeon put 4ml (UK) in my band during surgery and i am going for my first fill tomorrow afternoon, i feel i am eating more at the minute but not as much as pre op, i get shoulder pain when i am full. Will i continue 1ml at every fill or can you have 2ml?
