My wife is planning on becoming a bandster. I completely support her in this but was wondering what up and coming technologies are around the corner that may be the successor to the lap band? It wasn't too many years ago that gastric bypasses were state of the art. I consider the lap band a superior solution for many reasons. Is there anything coming up that people considering a lap band should be aware of and/or factor into their decisions? Thank you!
