Thank you so much. This really helped me. I am 2 weeks post surgery and have lost 12 pounds. I have Water nausea and sometimes have trouble keeping it down. same with my Protein shakes. Any suggestions of how to hydrate and get protein in? I feel full with 3 teaspoons of broth.
