I weigh myself every morning and night. I know obsessive but I have to to make myself accountable. I am almost 22 mos post op and will continue to do so lifelong, that is just me. It works for me. -
It's a major accomplishment and you should be very proud of yourself. You have a great outlook on maintaining and will do well. Congratulations!
