I was having the same problem in the beginning I was using the biotin vitamin but had better results with a vitamin called viviscal still using it till this day.

Sleeved 2/27/2014 down 25lbs but I think I have stalled! Not sure why I think I figured out I'm taking in 500 to 600 calories a day 50 to 60 grams of protein and I walk 30 min. 3 x a week. Ugh -

Wow my surgery was 2/27/2014 I wish I could go out to a restaurant, my dr's plan is so strict I am suppose to be on protein shakes, water, jello, broth sf ice pops for 3 weeks, then purée. I'm not sure if this is working for me, I feel like I could eat something, like caned chicken or tuna, or cheese. Not sure how much longer I can hold out!!! -

I feel the same way I'm 8 days out its tuff, my surgeon has me on full liquids for 3 weeks and then puréed I feel like I could eat the paint off the walls at times. It's getting harder and harder to get my protein shakes down without gagging, broth is feeling the same way. I know it will get better and just have to fight past this. We can do it!! -

I'm still on the fence about telling people I work with, they all gossip & love to give there opinions when not asked. Not sure what to say when I have to take off for the extended amount of time & they see me losing weight. Any suggestions?

Oops I got it mixed up it was my nutrition app. Fri. Not the phsyc. App. That went fine. I guess I'm nervous, getting closer to getting a surgery date. Don't want to come this far to be told sorry you did not pass! I know I have to not think to much about it & just be honest. Thank you all
