I know, I'm getting nervous. I made my decision to do it dec 20 and then just made it happen, but I can't believe it's actually here -
Oh jeez that sounds awful- but the end result is worth it. And I'm at upenn with dr williams on the 7th!

That is similar to what my doc did. I cut down to 1,000 calories-from 1,200 for the 2 weeks leading up! I'm April 7, when are you? -
