I start my pre diet tomorrow. Very worried about 7 days of restricted eating followed by 3 days of liquid. Don't know if I can make it! Hubby is going to do it with me. He doesn't need it but doing it to support me. He is great. -

Thank you for the advise. I will walk as soon as they let me. My surgery is January 29 and I am both excited and very nervous. Start pre diet on Sunday.

Hang in there Lucky. It is going to get a lot better. You have done great so far. Take you pain meds as prescribed Don't try to be brave. You have just begun your journey. I can't await to start mine.

I started this journey on 10-13-2-13. I will have my surgery on 1-29-2 014. I think this is about the average. Dr Le is the best though. I think you will like his program. He is very careful to cover all the bases. -
