I do 2 and 1/2 mikes on the elliptical and. 30 minutes weight training now. It seems no matter what I do except starving myself works. I'm just afraid because my appetite is increasing and I don't want to go back down the road of gaining weight.
I'm 15 months post surgery and I've list 240 pounds from a starting weight of 560 pounds. My weight loss has plateaued and I can't break it. I exercise. 3 times a week and eat the right things. What am I doing wrong?
