Althought the funny thing is that it never really bothered me being the fat girl because deep inside I always felt normal. I am pretty comfortable in my own skin and love my curves. I am doing this not out of vanity but for my health. My father passed away 3 years ago from weight related illnesses such as diabetes, congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease... As my 40s creep up on me I realize that I too have that gene for an early heart attack. I am going through with the surgury because I love myself enough to get help. And I need help because apparently I have no will power whatsoever alone. [/color][/font]

[font=tahoma][color=rgb(153,0,102)]I have been married to my husband for 12 years and we have 2 beautiful children. A Son 11, and a Daughter 4. We live in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of Northern California. My husband and I have owned and operated a Landscape Company for over 12 years and I work for the State of California in HR. Were just an average middle class family..... wait... were anything but average... LMAO! We are more like the Osbornes ha![/color][/font]

However, I do get alot of puzzled looks when I say I am having weight loss surgury and they all say, "do you even qualify?" cause I carry my weight well and dont look as fat as I am. LOL! Thats a good thing! I want to be healthy for my family. My Dad left way too soon and I need him so bad and I dont want my kids to ever have to know that feeling.. Im doing this for US![/color][/font]
