Did anyone gain or lose weight during the six month diet? Was it a factor at all? I have the UHC with Optimum and I started off at 293lbs month 1 then: month 2 293lbs again month 3 296lbs month 4 290lbs and I will be going tomorrow and in the month of December. I am at 297 again (had two weeks of flu and period started today )
