I was told no caffeine in the beginning because it dehydrates you but I've been drinking it, just make sure I follow with plenty of Water or G2. I still have Constipation tho. Gonna add Miralax today and see if that works. Good luck to all of us in this thread. This is a miserable feeling. If not for this, I'd feel wonderful!

I'm 14 days out and it had been 10 days for me. I finally after trying other things, did a fleets enema today. Feel like a new woman!!! Lol

Listerine breath strips! I posted this too lol. It is disgusting. Brush floss rinse repeat! But breath strips help.

Been 9 days. Starting to feel full and nauseated. Laxative for me today.

The nurse told me to go back to full liquids and give it a few days. I figured this was what they might say and I'd already done that yesterday. Thanks for checking in. No just vomit with stupid crushed meds so leaving them off. No fever or chills. I think I just irritated my sleeve with the vomiting.

Yea i thought was odd too. Really need gerd med but DONT wanna vomit again. Guess will see what doc says in mornin.

Vomited quite violently Thursday afternoon. Ever since I've had a nagging pain when I eat or drink. Not same as full pain I had in the beginning. Plan to call md in morning but anyone else had this? I have had 2 small bms since surgery 12/16. ???

I've done the same. 23lbs in 11 days and 3lb gain this morning. Know it's just my body adjusting.

I may try cutting them into tiny pieces. Hadn't thought of that!!!!

Today I had refried Beans with tiny amt chicken, salsa, sc, and cheese. Was fabulous!!

I have one. I have only used it once. I made a LOT at that time though. It is good. I didn't try a lot of the recipes so not sure all that can be done with it. But I certainly believe it is money well spent!

My mother in law got one for Christmas. She really likes it. If my sleeve can tolerate bananas iI would like to get one.

My stomach still sore today. Nothing I mix with helps. Gonna just leave off meds til Monday.

hi, my surgeon said not to bother crushing mine, even right after surgery. i was very glad because i know i wouldn't have been able to get them down. if you are vomiting you need to call your doctor!! i was told NOT to vomit (don't know how i would have stopped it). i did feel like i was going to when i thought i could eat a little bread, scared the crap out of me. PLEASE call the doc and let them know what's going on. they are there to help!! janet

I'm day 10 and began purée. My fave so far has been rotisserie chicken with shredded cheddar and some chipotle bacon ranch dressing and eggs.

Cannot take my crushed meds. Have spent last 20 minutes vomiting trying to take Zantac. Have tried mixing with Water and with food. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Vomit with Vitamins too.

How far out are you? Did your sleeve get mad?

10 days post op. Yea sleeve wasn't very happy. Period time is terrible for me. Gonna need a new vice. I was sleeved 12/16. Down 20.6 so far.

Broke down and had 2 pieces Sugar Free Chocolate candies. Stupid period!!

I had gravy both dinners. But was good. Was very hard but I made it!! . We can do this!

Congrats!!! I was Sleeved dec12 and went from around 237 to 219.2 this morning .... Down almost 18 pounds in 13 days ... I am a bit fatigued and still on full liquids but I know I'll feel better with time. Trying my best to keep a positive mindset during this very emotional time.

I was feeling weak and tired too. Added sf Powerade and feel soooo much better!!! Start purée Friday and so ready. Goin to Christmas at my moms and she's made me gravy. Lol. I will take it! Congrats on ur success!
