Mine came today at our family function 3 days early.... Merry Christmas to me LOL. I didn't skip this month but wondered if I might. Sleeved 12/16 and down 20.8 lbs. hopefully you'll start soon.

Just wanted to share, I like the protein shake I made today!!!! Finally. Made coffee with stevia and milk. Let cool. Added 1 scoop vanilla unjury, pumpkin pie spice, and ice. Yummy!!! Was similar to pumpkin spice latte!!!! Finally. I've struggled with these so bad. Know I'm not supposed to be having much caffeine so switching to decaf but excited! -

K so my dr said no gum and my breath reeks! Said wasn't sure abt how sugar free mints would be, but gum can cause severe gas. Help anyone! Embarrassed to speak with protein/pudding breath!

So prob not best idea to take my huge boxer out for a walk. He's dragged me to the ground and across back yard after a squirrel. . He doesn't usually misbehave like that but I'm a little sore now. More so my back, but not good 6 days post op -
Thanks all!! Gonna stay away from gum, md said can cause severe gas and if swallowed additional surgery. Ewww no! But I'm sending hubby out for listening breath strips!

I am 5 days post op. Have been up moving as much as possible. I haven't noticed stinky pee, but who knows! Lol. Had forgotten all this from Atkins diet.

I was going to call next day but have been much improved! I sometimes have nausea issues after anesthesia and so wondering if it was all. I've been getting most of my liquids in, walking, and even got out of the hours yesterday! Thanks for the reply. Much appreciated
