I like the #4 from GNC Whey 60. it mixes easily and doesnt have that yucky aftertaste. I'd also add to that list- Premier shakes available at Costco. Good info, thanks -
Im doing a preop diet also. Im on day 10 of the diet, and have lost 11 lbs. I bet you can do it too. I personally think that two weeks is too long, let alone 16 days. Best wishes!

Maybe try some mild arm exercise with hand weights- start with just 2-5lbs. Thas what I did after a total knee replacement. Good luck!

I'd say you really need to push the fluids. Maybe even go in to an urgent care and get some IV hydration. You'll feel much better! Good luck!

My surgery date is 12/26. 5 days away. Im on day 9 of a 2 week diet. Im allowed 2 shakes and 1 serving of soup every day. So here I am, asking for cheers of encouragement. Click on "like" to give me a boost and a cheer!!- 3 replies

I have medicare and they wont cover it. im self pay and will have surgery on 12/26 My hospital told me that medicare WILL pay if you go to a Center of Excellence. Try to find one of those. Hope this helps.

I also drink the ready-to-drink premier shakes from Costco. the only kind i like unless i add peanut butter or fruit to a blended shake. Good luck! -

I got the chewable solutron vitamins from GNC as well as calcium chews and biotin. The B-12 i got from my docs office. Best wishes! -
