I have always been chunky or plump. childhood was a constant reminder how different i was from the other kids in my family or class in school. i tried to be invisible and when i actually had to interact with other kids i'd be whoever they wanted me to be so i could please them. i dont remember who i wanted to be, except liked. Highschool was torture. many comments on a daily basis were "hey fatty" , "piggy want a cookie", or my favorite was when my friend Samantha and i walked down the hal.."twin towers are coming gang way". I tried to be strong and act angry and make them scared of me, but it didnt work. i again tried to be invisible. nomans land was lonely but didnt hurt as much. I also fought with the realization that stylish popular clothes didnt fit me. i was doomed to be fat and uncool. [/size][/font]
[font=georgia][size=4] My adult life was ok for the most part. relatives accepted my weight and just wanted to see me happy. My self image has always been bad and I feel fat, ugly and unwanted. My close family tries to keep me positive, but I still feel the way I feel. I am hopeing surgery will give me my life back. I am commited to learning all I can and diet and exercise are my keys to happiness. my biggest fear is people that know me and are used to me being fat will say i look to thin or unhealthy once i am thin.
