just updating Crazy Ates Aug/Sept Exercise Challenge 7/21 Days of Mindful Exercise

i don't know it has been my experience to have a 3-5 gain after the shower. the nurses even commented on my tough skin while giving me my iv this week i was not able to put lotion on to help per hospital policies

my body is dry and it soaks up alot of water and my hair was longer at the time too and stayed wet for hours (i don't like to blow dry it wash and go is my theme) try weighing before shower and then after see what happens

i would make sure that I showered the night before my weigh ins at ww because if I showered in the morning (went to a morning meeting) it added as much as 3-5 lbs. I hear girls saying they wiegh themselves after the shower and i let them know weigh before you get in the shower bladder empty and nikid. they don't know if to believe me or not

since surgery on Monday today is the first day I have not weighed my daily I even asked my husband to hide the scale and he did not thinking I was kidding him we well see how he feels when he is at a weight where he can weigh at home.

I AM BANDED YEAH FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!! went in on the 20th got there at 545am was to be there by 6am at 625 my dh went to find out why it was taking so long others that had came in after us had already been taken back and the receptionist snapped at him that there were alot of patients there that day and they would get to me when they could so at about 640 a cna came and got me then proceded to lecture me me about what time I was told to be there. i looked at her and calmly said that I had been there since 545 15 minutes earlier than the time I was told to be there all she could say was "oh, well now we are going to have to rush you" told her to talk to the receptionist anyway they took me to the surgery room the next thing I knew they were asking how I was and I told them I have a headache and so they covered my eyes with a cool cloth. they had me orgininaly as an inpatient but moved me to outpatient at some point that I liked did not want to stay the night. I am 2 days out and getting better every day 301 h/258 ds/140 g

HI My name is Gwen and I am scheduled for surgery on the 20th of this month. my doctor is Robert Cahn, MD here in Boise Idaho. Just thought to introduce myself my husband is also getting the procedure but on the 10th of September.

I agree something is not right about this. I'm excited to have found this site. I was banded on Dec.18th 2006,by Dr. Schmit, all is going ok. I am having some problems with my stitches dissolving before the incisions have healed, and they wont restitch them shut, Other than that it is going well. I go back for my first check up on Jan15th 2007. I am still on a liquid diet trying to transistion into the 2 weeks after surgury diet. I'm a college student hoping to change my life(and health) with this surgury and avoid joint replacement beings I am a mechanic that is enevitable but I'm hopeing with this it will postpone it alittle. Hopefully I'll find some helpful hints to help me along the way here (like recipes, exercise, and any information about first check ups, etc.) If you can give me any tips I would be extremely greatful. seems to me she has had a change of heart and now is blaming others but who knows maybe the above is not true and the story of her family is.

My date is the 20th getting nervous and excited. hungry all the time for the past two weeks on the pre-op diet but it is worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!
