I transitioned into soft stuff eating mash potatoes with a little soft chicken mixed in. I also kept eating the egg custard because i couldnt tolerate eggs well until about 5 weeks out. still dont tolerate them well. Only a couple small bites will fill you up. -
When I have a BM its so "heavy" that it won't move in the toilet when its flushed, so it doesn't flush. Is this normal and does anyone know why? Is it because of the protein I'm consuming?

Ree it could just be a coincidence for you but if they didn't check your gallbladder pre surgery then you could've already had issues that are just beginning to bother you because of your weightloss. I would definitely talk to my dr -

If you just paid 800 to your dr and had already paid 500 then your OOP should only be another 700$

My dr sent me back to work after 4 weeks. I work on a manufacturing floor and pulled a muscle by overworking. I ended up off work for another week. Take it easy. We only have one body to live in for years. You're worth it.

Yes your gallbladder pain can be deferred to the left side of your body instead of the right. I would ask for a gallbladder function test -

I had the same uncomfortable feeling in my throat and chest until about week 2. It did help to flavor my water and also drinking hot tea helped too me get in my water as well and felt well drinking. -

The hospital coded my bill wrong so I got a bill for 45,000 from hospital. That doesn't count dr, anesthesiologist or lab!! Working on getting it coded right and resubmitted -
I tried melatonin and it didn't work for me. If you do try it be aware that it makes some people have crazy dreams and nightmares.

I had same problem and use 100% coconut oil to hydrate my skin and it works

Was 198.4 last week. Today 195.8!! 6 weeks post op from 237 goal was 199 so I've surpassed it. New Years I hope to be at 191. -
I'm in week 6 and finally able to start trying out the foods I like to see if they sit well in my sleeve and am finding myself disappointed. Everything tastes different. I used to find joy in eating some foods because to me they were wonderful and delicious but now it seems everything is too sweet or too strong or too blah!! Does this end? Will it ever taste the same again?

I haven't been able to eat it or ham without getting sick. They say keep trying that it will get better. I'm 6 weeks out and pretty much stick to chicken and thin sliced deli turkey meat.
