How did your surg go? I had mine the 30th as well and all went well.

I was sleeved on Tuesday. The pain the first day was pretty bad but has gotten way better. I find myself falling asleep a lot. I am leaving the hospital today I could have went home last night but I opt to stayed another day since I live 2hrs away from where my surgery was done. I cannot wait to go to work on Monday so I can have my dr I work for give me a b-12 shot. Now one thing that did happen is I started itching all over and I had to take a lot of Benadryl. So I stayed sleepy.

The PB2 has been a life saver I make my shakes with the French vanilla liquid EAS lean shakes add a scoop of vanilla protein powder tablespoon of PB2 and cinnamon and omg talk about good!!!

The struggle is way to real:-{ I started my diet tuesday and I have broke down and ate something almost every day I should not have. I finally found a protein powder that is seriously awesomely good. But that means its probably not really good for me.

eat not oat lol

I could not agree more having to feed my family and watching everyone oat work eat its hard:-(

I'm on the 30th as well my pre-op diet started the 16th but I'm not doing to good with it.

I get mine done the 30th as well.

My diet started Monday but I have back slides every day my surgery is sept 30th I'm doing ok today but took some bites of beef broc

I was wonder the same thing I'm a office manager and sit at a desk all day I have surgery on Tuesday and have to be back to work Monday or Tuesday at the latest

Please keep me posted I bought the same kind but have not opened it yet
