I am a newbie to this site, and am trying to figure the mechanics of posting, etc. I began this journey in September and am scheduled for surgery Monday morning. I am nervous, excited, and hungry! I've been on three protein shakes a day for eleven days, and have lost 35 pounds since my first visit mid September. -
