Ok so after I had the baby, my restriction came back with full force!! I had 1/2 baked chicken thigh and my pouch feel like its going to burst! :-( -
Yes...we all know how you feel. And at times I've given in and eaten and suffered the consequences. Try to distract yourself when you feel like that. And remember we are trying to eat to live not living to eat!

I have a 14yr old but could never get pregnant after him. I've tried fertility meds & 2 rounds of Ivf with no success. I had RNY on 1/28/13 and had my son 10/28/13. I got pregnant 17 days post op!

I got pregnant 17 days post op RNY and besides horrible morning sickness and low iron which required infusions, the baby and I were great. Born at 37 weeks at a healthy 7lbs5oz.

I waited exactly 17 days and ended up pregnant! LoL! I say it depends on how you feel.

I think it's a bit early to test positive. You said you're only a week late? If so, I'd wait another week or two before retesting. -
Now that I've had the baby, I can tolerate eggs again. I make breakfast burritos and freeze them. It's quick and easy to pop one in the microwave in the morning. I like scrambled eggs (sometimes with red & green peppers for a western style) turkey sausage & cheese.
