Thanks! It didn't stop my loss. I loss 80 while pregnant (even though I could have lost more if I wasn't) The drawbacks were confusion. You know after surgery we all are getting to know our new stomachs, how they work and what works best for us. For me I didn't know if what was making me sick was from the surgery or the baby. Every complication I had was a toss up between the two. I was afraid because I seen posts of ppl eating very little and being full and I was newly post op and felt like I was still eating too much and was constantly stressing about that. Besides throwing up multiple times daily, the only complication I had was severe anemia which required me to have 3x/week 90min Iron infusions. After the baby was born I lost 40 lbs in 3 weeks. I truly felt what restriction was. I can not eat what I used to but I have not thrown up one time since then. I know I may be lucky to have had weight loss surgery and given birth within 9 months safely but I would not recommend anyone to do it. Emotionally it was hard. Pregnancy made me gave cravings but my new stomach didn't get the memo and I made myself throw up numerous times. But all is well now and I'm sooooo happy!!

What?! Holy moly. I've never heard of Aviane.I used to have horrible periods. Gone for 6 months then it would come on and stay for 6+ weeks and that pill was the only one that would stop it.

Yes you can. I got pregnant 17 days post op and lost 80 while being pregnant and 40 more within a month of giving birth.

I was on Aviane but the daggone thing didn't work. Got preggo 17days post op

I think it's different for everybody. I had open rny and was on the move 3 weeks later. I actually got pregnant 17days post op.

Applebee's 4oz steak & a few spoons of mashed potatoes. Took the other 4oz steak home & repurposed it this morning into a omelette.

I have those cravings too, but I use the mission wrap and add little, pesto sauce, smear of tomato sauce and pepperoni ....not exactly like the pizza spot but it works for the moment Right! I'm a pizza hut fanatic and one just moved in my area and it's been on my mind ever since

Almost broke down and ordered pizza but decided to make a salad with grilled chicken instead. Trying to make better choices is hard but I'm doing it!

Last 2 nights were Pan seared turkey chops & rice. Once again I could only eat a tiny amount before my pouch got full! That makes me a happy girl! Tonight, we're having tacos.

At first I had no clue the site changed and then I couldn't log on. But here i am!! LoL!! Hey ppl!!

Well here's 2 collages I made. One is my pregnancy journey, the other my weight loss. Surgery date 1/28/13 368lbs I had my son 10/28/13 Current weight 260 lbs! Still have some to go but I'm so happy with my life!
