I had the VSG on 2/3/14, didn't care for my surgeon, Dr. Lisa Martin Hawver, Washington Missouri or Mercy Hospital, my whole experience was a nightmare. I had severe complications from the surgeon's oversight. Anyway, it's 2/16 and I'm in the process of revising my sleeve to roux en y with a different surgeon in Dayton Ohio, Dr. Schumacher, whom I really like and have full confidence in. Night and day difference so far!! I'm revising due to severe acid reflux and regain. However, from the very beginning my sleeve just never felt "right". I never felt like I had much restriction. According to my new surgeon and his assessment of what I can eat, he thinks my sleeve  to big, based on what I can eat. I am scheduled for an EDG on March 24, 2016 with a tentative surgery date of April 18, 2016. I'm excited and terrified and looking to meet others like me
