Stay away from restaurants, fast foods, etc, try to stay away from your kitchen as much as possible. Remember it's two weeks and it should go by fast. Drink lots of water. Keep yourself busy. If u are really struggling , go take a bubble bath and listen to soothing music. Remember "This too shall pass ". Blog us if u need support ..we r here to help.

Carlotta1, thanks for the encouragement!! I'm staying out of my kitchen as much as I can and no restaurants for this lady. In fact, my super supportive husband is taking the kids out to eat for these 2 weeks just so I won't have to smell food cooking.....he's the best
