My surgery date is in 5 days and while I'm super excited, I'm freaking out to the point I've thought about backing out, is this normal?

Hi, I am on a 2 week liquid diet and my surgery is on Monday. Anyway, not to get too personal but I'm just at the end of my time of the month....Also, my liquid diet is only whey protein (1-2shakes a day for 170 calories each) sf pudding, sf jello, light soup broth, light creamy soup broth strained etc. I just go on the scale and I'm only down 1 pound and I'm freakiing out....I was hoping for atleast 8lbs. does anyone have any insight?? Oh and I have not cheated at all. my caloric intake daily is 750. This lack of losing is making me scared that maybe my body just holds onto my fat and I won't lose with the sleeve.....HELP

RJ That is awesome What were some key things you did with the sleeve to get the weight off?

I have surgery in 5 days too

My surgery is Monday, I'm still on the 2week liquid diet, I plan to weigh on Fri, but my highest weight was 314

Thank you all so much!! I'm ready for this, I think on this side of the surgery, the unknown is what is scary. But I have researched it and I know I'm ready, just scared

Ugh, only day 2 of liquids and I'm hungry. How/what did u drink/eat in your liquid diet and did it keep u content?
