Hi there! I'm 3 years out from vsg! I'm 30yrs old..5'6 163 my hw was 304 it took me about a year to lose the weight..I also had a baby since surgery..I'm looking to give back to people what this surgery has given me.I want to help and can answer all questions. I had a baby 9 months ago and I'm back to my weight I was before lost 150lbs and have kept it off..so having a baby (healthy beautiful girl) clothes shopping no more stares from people. Still have great restriction.enjoying life 3yrs post up -
