My name is Ashlynn and I am a 38 year old wife and mother of two wonderful girls ages 18 and 9. Have battled with my weight since I was about 23. I would lose weight and then gain it back. In 2002, I managed to go from 217 to 160 in a very short time. I remarried and had my second daughter and was still able to maintain my weight. In 2004, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and was placed on steroids. The weight I gained from that was horrendous and I have not been able to get the weight off even after stopping them. I used to be an avid runner and ran 3 or more miles daily. I look forward to being able to do that again.
