    My prob is I can't loose a dam pound. I have to lose 15 more. I was 241 now 153 I am depressed I can get it off and I am starting to run tomorrow and I am making it like a 3 rrd part tine job. I need to get back In shape and tone. I get on the scale 3 times a day every day. I also want to try the t25. I have cut calories big tine since being in green and I don't loose anything. I need some help

    well i am finally in green it took a few years !! But here is y problem i dont eat a lot i mean last night for dinner we had home made boboli piza i can eat 1 small slice and i feel like i ate a 5 course chicekn dinner . today for Breakfast i had a avocoda . then lunch was a spinach slad with some fresh motzerella on at and a small amount of some shopped walnuts and i cpuld not finish that . and ok this after noon i had a few pieces of cut up bread in some flavored olive oil but bread really sometimes does not agree with me but i do crave it once in a while . I do like to have thise veggie straws for a night snack sometimes . i have not lost a sibgle lb or gained but i stay the same even if i work out that week . my surgury was in aug 2009 i was 241 i am now 152 give or take i wanted to loose 30 more but it just seems my body is like nope no way . it is bad enough i have the fat extra skin from loosing the weight , i am hoping there are some of you out there that can help me loose this last amount i need too. i fel like my body has just settled and this is where it wnats to be . I am pretty restricted. I can not eat untill like 11 am and i really do not eat a lot at all. Maybe this is where my body wants to be thanks

    oh I think j may just have him make me more broccoli ! Like tonight I had 1/4 cup of chicken maybe a third. But I could not eat any salad or the potatoes we had with dinner. I eat like a bird Lol

    i just feel so depressed !!! have 2 dam bellies and i want to be 15 lbs lighter and i serously barley eat !!! my body is just set where it is i was 241 now 152 unless its that time . but i have the mid pouch that wont go away .. whats you best exersisw to do

    Been on a darn year platau. The worst part is serously I barley eat ! And I don't loose squat. Just frustrated. My body hates me. Lol

    Hello all. Is yawning also a sign of being full I have noticed that I yawn and then the nose runs And it is is only if I eat before 2 pm. Ugh this has just started

    Yup I can't reLky eat breakfast ! I usally have a cup of coffee then a avocoda around 11. I am then usually full untill like 5 or 6 !!! Then I eat a small diner and maybe a glass of wine.

    Workouts

    Ok today was day 1 back ! I am getting back on track ! But I need some help ! I need peoples workouts ! I need to burn like 500 calories ! I need ideas how to get moving faster then today ! I feel so out of shape. Ugh ! But I want high intensity workouts on the equipment etc ! Need to burn some of this winter belly off !

    I get the runny nose and yawn then I know That's it no more. Weirdest thing. Bit now I thinking I am not eating enough calories !

    I just my 100 calorie almonds and no prob I think the protien is too thick
