    Call you insurance company. I was self pay and I called my insurance company and they told me that as long as I am discharged from the Surgery Center, and have to go to the ER I was covered. Thank God I didn't have to go. I had surgery 10/14/2013. And today 63 pounds down.

    I was taken walmart stool softener. I will make sure to take two every morning from now on. I used hot tea. Saturday 12/28/2014 I picked my up a cup of sugar free cappuccino not thinking and within One hour I went to the bathroom. This is crazy and don't like having to keep track of when I go to the restroom. Thanks for the help.

    Thanks I have never taken blood pressure medicine before and I've been checking my blood pressure and everything seems to be okay, I do take thyroid medicine my sister said it might be that I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow. ????

    Lynn! Use a heating pad on your chair when resting and at night. Place it between your shoulder blades. Use Gas-X strips. They work great. I still have not been able to get 64 oz of fluids in. I been trying not sure what else to try to get it all in.

    I called my insurance company. They told me as long as I was released for the surgery center and had to go to the ER I was cover. Call your insurance.

    Your surgery will go fine. Use the heating pad on your shoulders for the trapped gas. MOVE around as much as you can. My surgery was out patient. I was up and dressed the Wednesday. Out the house on Friday for a picnic with my 6 yr old grand daughter. Off work 6 full days then worked 1/2 days for 6 and doing great! Good luck today

    I don't take blood pressure medicine. I am making notes of when this happens so when I go for my 8! Week check on on 12/9

    I have also went to sam's and pick up some 8.25 oz. premier protein drinks. When I wake up in the morning now I start drinking it while I am dressing for work and by the time I am dressed and ready to leave it is gone. It has 18 grams. I feel better now too.
