Good morning! I used the heating pas for 14 days after surgery. Just felt better ever time I relaxed in my recliner. I had it handing over the back and them when I came to bed I would being it. It will pass. Good luck.

How long since your surgery? I am just a little behind due to not getting enough papers from my doctor. I am using other doctors papers. I am going to call them Monday and see if the forgot to give me a list of the stages and does and dont's. Just feeling aggravated. Cause everyone else is eating or purée things and he told me mashable. Thanks.

I do burp more now. I NEVER burped before. I do notice that tuna fish makes me burp a lot too

10/14/2013 lost 26.9 pounds 1st week. 7 more pounds by day 21. Total 33.9 pounds. Have not weighed again till Dec.9. Thinking I might go just to weigh in. I have dropped 2 pants sizes and from 4xl to 3xl shirts.

I have been light head and dizzy. Someone said drink a protein drink when this happens. So I just went to sam's and picked up some 8oz protein drinks.

Has anyone been dizzy if the don't get enough proteins or eaten three meals?

I am week 5 and have only had fish and shrimp. Tuna fish gas worked our great for me. With eggs and light Mayo. Today I didn't get all my Proteins. I have been dizzy and headache since I came to bed. Tossing and turning. I don't go back to the doctor till Dec 9th. He said he would let me have turkey and chicken after this. I am ready to start walking but this time is the pita. I live in the country and it is dark out side. Any suggestions.

5-weeks and 1 day. Just feel I am not getting the right protein.

Thanks. I didn't get to eat all my tuna fish today and drink my whole protium shake. And now I am wide awake and a little dizzy. We eat some yogurt. Hope I fell better later.
