We have been doing both Rockin' Body and Hip Hop abs for the last week and its not only fun we're keeping up with it. I ordered the whole Hip Hop Abs program and it was much more affordable than the newer plans. I cant wait to get started with it. Im down 2 more lbs. I have 15 more to go till my 8/9 goal. Yippie
