  1. You do not need to take any meds, all that will be provided at the hospital and at discharge. Just loose fitting sweat pants to cover your behind and a matching top to wear home. Be sure to fill your discharge prescription cos you're gonna need them. A good protein I can recommend is Nectar by Syntax. The vanilla bean makes a fine shake when mixed with lukewarm milk2%.

    I Need A Friend :(

    It's ok. I'm not in the Nevada area but friendship knows no distance. I was sleeved at the end of October '13 and I went through the same emotions. I was dizzy all the time and since I had not told most of my friends and family, I had little support. The depression stage lasts only for a moment till your pjs begins to look buggy on you. It's only been 2 weeks but yesterday, 2 of my friends remarked that they could see my neck! Praise God. Surround yourself with positive people and stick to your post-op directive from your doctor. You will be ok, we're all here just to hold your hand ( virtually).
