    I make these and add shrimp and a little shrimp sauce mmm so yummy.
  2. not sure what food stage your at but you can make chicken wings in the oven that taste better than fast food ones and lots of other fast food stuff you can make a healthy version so you don't feel ripped off.
  3. if you like tea buy some different flavored ones. That's what I have at night.

    Coping With Christmas

    Before you go fill your self up. You won't even want anything. It's not bad to have a cookie or chocolate but if you have the frame if mind that it's ok b/c it's the holidays you will always have that frame of mind. There is always an excuse to eat bad. That's what go me to the weight I was. I always have a drink with me when there is lots of food around that way I feel like in still having something.

    I've been eating half one every morning. Yes the have carbs but I don't really watch carbs I just try to get enough water, protein and calories in a day.
