I'm having the most difficult time not drinking during meals and waiting for a half hour after. I mean- some meals can be so dry. -

I just had my two month post op. Doc said he wants me to lose five pounds per week. That sounds low to me. Does anyone else have goals that low? Also- as a side note- I'm finding that the hardest part is not drinking while eating. I mean- a hard boiled egg is like glue without a drink. -

Sleeved 10/27 I have no problem getting in fluids- I can drink as much as I want at a time. I also have no feeling of fullness. I'm afraid that's going to make it too easy to overeat. Any one else? -

Ok- I had my sleeve done 10/27. My recovery was amazing-didn't even feel like I had surgery. Here is what is going on with me- I don't feel full. I can drink an entire glass of water. Obviously I'm trying to follow my nuts advice, but so far I have no signals telling me to stop. Any advice? Is this just me?
